We have 2 programs, "Spay the County" and the "Spay
Neuter Assistance" program. To be eligible for
the program you must provide us with:
Proof of residency
Proof of income
Spay Neuter Assitance Form-WORD
To find us, take Highway 92 (A Avenue) to 11th Street
North in Oskaloosa, then turn north on 11th Street until
you come to a t-intersection at J Avenue East. Take
a right (east) on J Avenue and follow the road as it
winds around until you see our green sign. Take a left
at the sign and follow the road all the way back. If
you would like more directions, please call the shelter
at 641-673-3991. (Friendly warning: Unfortunately, Mapquest
does not give good directions to our shelter. Please
call and we'll be happy to help you find us. It's really
fairly easy!)
