SMAS "SPOKESPAW" - GROOVIEST PET 
Marli was the winner of the Grooviest Pet contest & was adopted at SMAS last year, after he was rescued last winter from an owner that thought it was ok to chain a dog to a flag pole in 40mph winds and wind chills up to -30 wind chill. He was only 3 months old and freezing. He is now a house dog and lives with Connie Cochran, who is shown here with her granddaughter Kristina and Gabby Evans.
